Information we collect
Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, city, state and ZIP code; your quiz answers, such as the industries you are interested in, your preferred ownership style, your timeline, and the ranges you select for liquid capital, net worth and credit; anything you tell us on a call or in a message; and details you provide when booking an appointment.
Information collected automatically. Your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, the website or ad that referred you, and campaign tags in the link you used (for example, UTM parameters or ad click IDs).
Cookies, analytics and advertising tools
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep our site working, remember form entries, understand how visitors use the site, and measure how our advertising performs. We use advertising and analytics tools such as the OpenAI (ChatGPT Ads) pixel, the Meta Pixel and similar tools from other advertising platforms. We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our site, including through session replays and heatmaps; information you type into our forms is masked from these recordings. Microsoft processes this data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement (privacy.microsoft.com). These tools may collect information about your visit and actions on our site, and the companies that provide them may use it under their own privacy policies. - To schedule and hold consultations, and to follow up with you by phone, email or text message.
- To send information about franchise opportunities, events, webinars and resources you may be interested in.
- To operate, improve and secure the Services, and to measure the performance of our marketing.
- To comply with the law and protect our rights.
How we share your information
- Franchisors and franchise partners. With your permission, we share your contact information and relevant details with franchisors whose opportunities you want to explore, so they can provide disclosure documents and answer your questions. We may also share information with our franchise consulting network partner to support this process.
- Service providers. Companies that help us run our business, such as our website, CRM and scheduling platform, email and text message delivery, video conferencing and analytics providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Funding and professional referrals. If you ask us to, we may introduce you to lenders, funding specialists or attorneys.
- Legal reasons. When required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, safety or property of you, us or others.
- Business transfers. As part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your appointments, quiz results and franchise opportunities. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
- Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts.
